Another trip to the 'Plaster Fun House' quite entertaining, two and a half hours just aint long enough for a big fish, would have liked to spent a bit more time on it.

I've been sculpting heaps lately, discovering that this is what I really enjoy and may not want to animate anymore with everything so computer based now.
So if anyone (if even anyone looks at this blog anymore) knows of special effects studios/companies willing to give a schmuck a chance (and I'll travel anywhere! I will start looking for myself but it's always nice when your just starting at something again and a job comes to you) let us know.
I've got 6 years of painting signs/murals etc and sign construction and removal under my belt, a Graduate Diploma in Animation and a year in Television wink! wink!

and because I love the picture heaps!

My Cartoon Sound Scrap created in the summer of 2005.
About a young garage band with dreams of making it big.
Made in ten weeks from scratch at the Victorian College of the Arts school of film and television.

I'd been waiting a long time to make a cartoon so I krammed as much stuff into it as possible, love it or loath it I had fun making it and can't wait till I get some time to myself and can make another!!!

And a big thanks to the 'Johnny Amigo' boys for the tunes!

In December of last year John Kricfalusi posted a blog on his blog about a story concept he had been working on entitled - "Life Sucks 2 sc 4-Storyboards are for Story, not finished art".
It featured a great board of Stimpy out in the garden.
Well I really dug this picture so I felt like painting it, so there it is along with the original sketch.

'The lovers seat'. I love this photo my sis took of my old man and Mugzy, it looks American country with the slanted hill in the background and thin branched tree, the slight yellow tinge and the sneaky peek around the corner bricks in the foreground on the left hand side, nice. Posted by Picasa
